Hi! I am Vera, Hackney, London based motion designer, animator and illustrator.

I am currently working on social videos, web, mobile advertising and video editing at Adylic, an Omnicom Agency.

My visual style is vibrant, bright, eclectic and often is a hybrid of 3D, 2D elements and still images. The recent work has a narrative aspect that takes the shape of animated documentary, reportage animation.

I am fascinated by animation, by the power it has, by the creation of mini-worlds, mini-narratives, believable and not so, but still highly inspiring. I guess the fascination has its root in a nostalgia of Soviet animated films, puppet animation.

I love to collaborate with other talented people and I am always looking for an opportunity to work with a creative team.
I have been fortunate enough to study MA Graphic Communication Design at Central Saint Martins (2015-2018). My final project ‘Living on the City Fringe’ was screened at the Factual Animation Film Festival 2018, London.

In my recent freelance, employment in London, I was lucky to meet a lot of talented and driven people from Amnesty International, We Are Family London, Borderland, University of the Arts London, Royal Academy, British Museum, TFL, Fortnum and Mason, Redwood London, EVRYTHNG.

Prior coming to London I worked for the Dublin based design studios: Detail.Design studio, Atelier David Smith and Zero-G, on a range of print and digital projects as well as for NDRC (National Digital Research Centre, Dublin) developing corporate identities, websites, motion graphics and apps with a range of start-up companies.

I gained invaluable experience while working in a post-production as a Motion Graphics Artist at Windmill Lane, Dublin.
